Now looking at California Senator Diane Fienstien record. If we keep addressing her as the Honorable Diane Fienstien. Does her title become an oxymoron? A Public servant required by the US Constitution to take an oath to take office only to violate it shortly afterward.

Trends forecaster Gerald Celente said when Americans find their self respect and dignity. This nation will start to reverse the self destructive path. I do not how long the American people are going to tolerate this special status being above the law and exempt from laws they pass and impose on us. So how can we call a member of congress the Honorable and their name when they are dishonorable to the people they are supposed to serve.

I mean we have many oxymoron examples in Washington. I do not want to single out Senator Diane Fienstien as the only oxymoron. So I will name names. The Honorable Lindsey Graham, The Honorable Harry Reid, The Honorable Mitch McConnell, The Honorable Barbara Boxer, The Honorable Joseph Lieberman, The Honorable John McCain and the most of all The Honorable Chuck Shumer. These senators are all pure examples of an oxymoron. They have this status and how they govern does contradicts itself. Do you agree?

These people do not deserve to be called honorable. They are a disgrace to the founding spirit and the foundation that made this nation great. They have violated their oath and ignored the Constitution and our God Given inalienable rights. They pushed us into wars we have no business being in. They have not performed honorable and continue to undermine our republican form of government.

One of the reason we fought the King of England was because we got sick and tired of status and royalty. We had enough of the nobility. There was nothing noble what they did back then and the politicians today in Washington have not governed honorable. In ancient times in Great Britain  when the people got tired of the royalty and noblemen. There was a cry of the people in disgust saying” Off with their heads!, off with their heads!”

Senator Diane Fienstien should not have the title of the Honorable attached to her name. It is not a title of nobility or royalty. It is now an oxymoron because caller her  honorable and dishonoring the people they serve calling her the Honorable Diane Fienstien.

Let have self respect and call her and all her colleagues in the Senate serving a both parties traitors to attach the word Honorable in my mind an oxymoron. Do you agree?

Right now the veterans are the number one threat to the power structure. Especially the battle hardened Soldiers and Marines returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. Why because they are well trained, they have been in combat and have a sense of duty and honor even after their term of service.

What is really strange is why has not the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign wars come out and defend the veteran’s right to keep and bear arms. I have not heard of anything from these organizations from the national level. These two organizations chartered by congress are controlled by them. I heard that former servicemen or members who talk about real issues concerning the veterans in these halls of these Veterans organization are told to keep quiet.

Right now nationwide veterans are being picked off one at a time by the Gun grabbers being raided and having their guns taken one at a time. There is no due process. Some head shrink in the Veterans hospital will declare someone mentally ill therefore taking away the Veteran’s right to keep and bear arms. There is no court of law to make such a designation or the defense of the veteran to bring forth character witnesses in their defense.

So how can veterans fight back against such an onslaught and attacks from the anti gun forces?

First veterans have to start getting together and start talking to each other.  Communication is the key. They do not need the VFW and the American Legion to meet. Those organizations are already compromised. We need veterans groups outside having a government charter being independent to start addressing real issues concerning the government’s betrayal of the veterans.

Second, veterans of those of like mind ought to start to set up mutual defense ready to come to the aid of the one attacked in the community. This is not to start a shoot out. But if the other side knows veterans have set a system of mutual defense. It will serve as a deterrence to the anti gun forces. Why wait for the house to house searches of veterans homes when everyone comes to the aid instead of waiting for the storm trooper to arrive at your door? Mutual defense does serve to make a community of veterans hardened target.

Third, Veterans must arrange meetings with the county Sheriffs, Groups of veterans in mass must attend the county commissions, and City council meetings. They should be talking to the Police chiefs about interposing themselves between the Federal power and the people as they are supposed to serve. Their terms must be simple to these local government servants. No gun confiscation with out due process in a court of law. No more allowing the right to keep and bear arms based on a psychiatrist designation. Force the US Government to provide the burden of proof in a court of law if they want a veteran disarmed. Let the veteran have his day in court.

Veterans ought to take part in the Sheriffs posses if one is formed in the county. Veterans are many, there are many things they can do to head off the attack on the right to keep and bear arms. Oathkeepers cannot do it for the veterans. Sheriff Mack cannot carry the load convincing your sheriff to stand of the Veterans right to keep and bear arms. Veterans must be the own leaders.

The Veterans must close ranks and unite against tyranny coming against this land. They owe to those who gave their lives on the battle field. Am I calling for the veterans to start a war with them? No, of course not! No, not at all. The US government is already waging war against the veterans calling them terrorist, mentally ill and a threat to national security according to the Homeland Security, The Anti Defamation League and the Southern Poverty Law Center. By those designations they are the target to be disarmed. The VFW and the American Legion has not stood in opposition against these designations calling former servicemen terrorist. They have been silent on this issue. Veterans must not allow these attacks against their fellow comrades to happen to them anymore.

The American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign wars are not going to stand up for the Veteran’s right to keep and bear arms. They are an arm of the government. They already have silenced Veterans taking about real issues inside their halls. It is up to the Veterans to do this going around these groups to organize. If Veterans do not stand together to counter the attack on their right to keep and bear arms, they will lose. They must document every time they are raided and disarmed because the media will not cover it. It is time to take the story to the alternative media. If action is not taken standing together against the gun grabbers disarming the veteran’s right to own guns. They will all be disarmed one at a time and helpless like the slaves..

For those people who never served in the Armed Forces. Putting a bumper sticker on the bumper of a car saying they support the troops is not enough. We must stand by them when they are wounded and need care. We must stand with the families that are affected. Most of all we must stand with them for their right to keep and bear arms. Why because if this group is disarmed. There will be no force that will stand between the people and tyranny committed and determined to answer the call again like the American veteran. When one groups rights are threatened. All our rights are threatened.

It is so simple and will be so effective it is simply nuts! I am referring to the trap that is being carefully laid by liberals to confiscate the guns of a significant number of law abiding Americans. It would be crazy to try and push their full agenda at once, so they do what liberals are much better at doing than conservatives: they will take it one step at a time and slowly tighten the noose.

Here’s how it will work: it seems to be common sense that no one wants the mentally ill to have access to firearms. After all, the shooters from Columbine to Aurora to Sandy Hook were mentally ill (at least judging by the fruit of their actions). Most of us would probably agree that no one wants individuals like that to be armed. Thus lies the rationale to clamp down on background checks and create a national ‘database’ to filter these individuals out.

Any politician who shows the smallest amount of hesitation to such a common sense plan will be immediately crucified in the media and will be shouted down so loud that any concerns they might have will not be able to be heard. So, the bill for a mental health ‘check’ will be passed for all firearm purchases. In conjunction, there will be an allowance for guns to be ‘secured’ (read confiscated) for those already possessing them and deemed ‘mentally ill.’

Now for the bait and switch. Who decides who is mentally ill? Your and my definition likely differs from those who are eyeing this as the path to confiscation. Once there is a legal path to any type of confiscation, such as outlined above, the flood gates will open. While it likely starts with those taking prescription medications with known psychotic side effects, it will then expand to almost all that are on medications for psychological reasons, including depression (even seasonal SAD). A small segment of the gun owning population will lose their firearms as they are demonized by the media for objecting to such actions.

Why would it stop there? It will then be time to consider all who see a psychologist as unfit for owning firearms. Once again it is another relatively small population segment that will not be able to fight back the overwhelming force of DHS, ATF, or whatever is the chosen acronym (heck even the IRS is heavily armed these days). As a result, many will no longer get the counseling or other mental health services they need for fear of their firearms being taken away. Spun carefully by the media, these confiscations will seem not only logical, but they will make it seem as though it is irresponsible to handle the situation any other way.

The House of representatives passing C.I.S.P.A when the Boston Marathon Bombing took place shows if this incident has not happened. It would lose big time from opposition. The needed a distraction to pass this bill with Democrats and RINO republicans.

I do not trust government to handle cyber security. It is more of securing their power because the Internet is cleaning the government clock. The internet has been the stumbling block for the authoritarians. The internet has exposed the real tyrannical agenda of the establishment.

I figured out the establishment cannot play fair in the arena of ideas. The have to find a way to cheat because they are losing because  their idea are rejected. When they censor people because of their content harms the other side with the truth. It shows their hand and what they really are about.

I say congress hands off the internet. I do not trust you to keep the web safe. I will take my chances to do my own security. I know you want to spy on my emails and my online activity. I know you all want to take down websites that are a menace to your agenda under the guise of copyright infringement.

Let just face it. Those who want C.I.S.P.A are cowards with an agenda the people reject. You cannot win in a fair fight in the arena of ideas. You have to resort to suppressing your opposition. You all want to give the US government personal information bypassing the Fourth Amendment and not be liable for violating a person’s personal privacy. You are scum who can’t win fair playing by the rules.

So be like me and hammer the US Senate with phone calls saying hands off the internet. It does not belong to government. it belongs to the people. Our privacy is none of the Government’s business. The only people who think we have no privacy are people who have something to hide with secrecy to carry out draconian measure to silence their opposition.

The corporation and politicians who own stock and who receive lobbying money. These corporation depend on government contract and do not want earn business the old fashioned way by building a clientele. Like Eisenhower said beware of the Military industrial complex. Well now beware of the Security Industrial Complex pushing doe C.I.S.P.A.

The people who want C.I.S.P.A are cheaters and cowards with no honer or respect for other people’s privacy. They cannot win in a fair debate nor win playing by the rules. They need to legalize cheating by an act of congress. We must not let this happen.

Freedom of speech and the press has been one of our cornerstones that made our nation great. The King of England tried to shut down newspapers critical of the British Monarchy. When the Constitution was ratified. The first Amendment being part of the Bill of Rights made political speech protected from the government. The press was there to keep watch over government and hold our elected servants accountable.

Today is a different story. The major print media and the TV news networks are no more than mouth pieces for the Government. There is no news exposing corruption in the system. The news networks no longer are independent nor are the reporters acting in an individual capacity. They are ordered to read the teleprompter.

If there is a scandal. It is selectively chosen based on if a person plays ball or not with the system. If a person in the system who is a thorn in the side to the political oligarchs. The media will manipulate the facts to slander a person’s good name. When there is real corruption exposed. It is a white wash to minimize damage. This is why the mainstream media has lost all credibility with their audience.

Since the internet has grown in fruition. The establishment thought the internet would be used as a surveillance tool over the population to control it. Now the world wide web is now the weapon bringing down the political establishment. The rise of citizen journalist in the alternative media is now filling the void mainstream media has failed to do. The power of the individual who does not have a boss telling them what to write and do is the most dangerous person in America.

The Alternative media is now becoming the force changing the fundamental way people look for news and information. This rise in citizen journalism is breaking up the big media monopolies. Micro AM and FM stations threaten conglomerates like Clear Channel. CNN,ABC,CBS, NBC, Fox News and MSNBC are dying on the vine by there own lies.

The Alternative media is now the fourth estate eclipsing the mainstream media by leaps and bounds. The citizen press has blown apart the hoaxes behind the aurora and Sandy hook shootings showing what really was going on compared to the spoon fed script of the Mainstream media.  The truth is blown apart and exposed these incidents by the Alternative media.

The Government media collusion in the Boston Marathon covering up what really happened has fallen flat on its face. The Alternative media has brought all the facts to the people and not selectively selling certain talking points to twist the story. The main stream media cannot compete with technology when the people have the cameras gathering footage. The news networks cannot compete with individuals with their own website that control their own content.

The aftermath of the Boston Marathon bombing has proven the Alternative media is now the real fourth estate. The mainstream media and the US government at the same time have destroyed more of their credibility. No one trust them anymore and I hope the vigilance of the Alternative media. We can make sure the accused Russian will get a fair trial and the real truth comes out.

We are seeing the collapse of the Dictatorship and the American  empire. The Alternative media has played the major role in bringing it about. Why does the establishment in media and government wants to shut down the Alternative press? It is because the power of the individual that drives it because the citizen journalist does speaks their minds that often resonates with the readers.

The system can no longer suppress the Federal reserve system. They cannot longer hide what happened during the assassination of JFK. The past false flag operations are now out in the open. Sandy hook and Aurora shootings exposed as staged events. Gun control is discredited and losing steam thanks to the Alternative media.

What we seen in Boston is an example of the Federal Government completely absorbing in the state and local government. The police were under Federal orders. The FBI came in and took over jurisdiction of the investigation of the Boston Marathon Bombing. There were Federal armored vehicles all over Boston. This was a Federal operation locking down the city looking for a 19 year old male with a gun. No one was allowed outside the house allowed to freely move. This was a Federal operation what happened on April 19, 2013 just based on the absurdity.

What happened in Boston is the reason why we need our states and local governments to be independent of the Federal government. When a city, county or state government takes federal grant money, they are on the hook. They no longer can self govern. There are strings attached to that money to do certain things to be in compliance to get the funds.  The local government is no longer in control when they accept Federal money. They are now under Federal control.

We have to start confronting our local elected servants and ask questions why they are making deals with the Federal government that violate the rights of the people. Look what happened to New Orleans before Hurricane Katrina came the city. Mayor Ray Nagen had New Orleans federalized. Did it help the city in the aftermath of the storm? No, the Federal government through FEMA made things worse where they were confiscating law abiding guns and blocked relief from entering the city with people in serious need.

Looking at Boston after the bombing at the marathon and how they behaved was a city that was federalized under orders from Homeland security. How they handled the aftermath of the bombing and the investigation was so absurd and over the top. There was no common sense. Putting the city on lock down with law enforcement dressed like storm troopers making threats to people to stay in their homes or face arrest. Police should be ashamed following such orders. If we do not want what happened in Boston to happen in our home towns, than count the cost if they accept Federal money. We no longer can self govern. We need to get the Federal influence out of our local communities.

Two examples in Texas come to mind. When we had the wild fires in Bastrop Texas two years ago raging out of control. FEMA blocked volunteer fire departments from trying to save homes and made things worse for fire fighters trying to contain the blazes. Just recently with the explosion of a Fertilizer plant in West Texas north of Austin. There was no FEMA but first responders converging on the city affected by the explosion to help the injured get medical attention, rescue operations and putting out the fires. All without FEMA’s help.

We do not need the Federal government in our cities, counties and our states. Where they show up. Everything turns to crap. FEMA made things worse in New Orleans; they sure made a show of Security Theater in Boston that made no sense. The city of Boston had the resources to investigate the Bombing on their own without Federal influence.

The recent example what happened in Boston is why we do not need the Federal government’s help in anything. It is time we start realizing how important our states, counties and cites have to be autonomous and independent of Washington DC. Washington is the problem, not the solution.

The states, the counties and cities cannot serve two masters. They cannot serve the wishes of the people and the Federal government. They have to make a choice. Are they with the people they serve or with the Federal government? I do not think Texans will tolerate what happened in Boston happen in Texas.

Do we need the TSA on every street corner or Homeland security with the military patrolling our streets over a non threat or a fabricated enemy? I will take my chances being free than have my right stripped from me in the name of keeping me safe from the Boogeyman.

People in Houston drove out the TSA off the city buses in 2012. This is how we get the Feds out of our communities. We are capable solving our own problems without Washington DC’s help. Do you agree?

On April 19, 1775, the brave men who stood against the British forces at Lexington green and later Concord stood up to stop the abuses by King George III. One was due process of law. I wonder if all the people who lived in Boston during that colonial period are rolling over in their graves seeing how Massachusetts has become the very place they tried to flee from.

Since Monday, the Boston marathon bombing. The US Government has been caught colluding with the Boston Police and other outside assets staging a false flag attack. They were hoping to pin the blame on one of Obama’s Political enemies like to tea party and gun owners. When it was found out of  operatives around the blast areas before and after the attack.  Blaming people who love liberty fell flat. The media and the system went into a panic trying to save face. Next thing we know two Russian Brothers were now public enemy number one.

As it is reported now. one brother is dead and the other is wounded. I wonder how the authorities will treat this suspect. Will the Feds and the Boston PD manufacture evidence linking him to the bombing? Will there be a trial and discovery if he gets his day in court? I just hope it does not end like it did with David Koresh, and Chris Dorner where they were burned alive without a day in court.

I do not believe Dzhokhar Tsarnaev had anything to do with the bombing at the Boston marathon. He must have the right of due process under the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth amendments. I hope the Federal government has a much luck trying to convict Dzhokhar Tsarnaev as they did with Hutaree militia.  I pray to God this man does not go before a Kangaroo Court with a jury that is so incompetent they do not know about the law and due process, but knows what happens during the daytime soap operas. The government would love to have a jury in place to render the desired verdict of guilty. I hope Dzhokhar Tsarnaev gets an attorney who will vigorously put up a defense furthering discrediting the government’s case against him.

We are seeing the government try to save face after they have been caught in a false flag attack. The government will try to use this an excuse to bring a more cruel Police State and tyranny in America. Lets not let Dzhokhar Tsarnaev be a victim of a corrupt government who might try to use him to advance an agenda.

If we do not stand up for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev right to due process to have his day in court. We all lose and the Terrorist win. He has a right to bring forth witnesses in his defense and the right to discovery. If we do not make a stand for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev right to due process under the law and the Constitution.  The consequence will be. There will be no one to speak for us when we are on trial being set up. Stand for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev right to a speedy and fair trial or the tyrants win.

If due process was good enough for Obama’s buddies of the weathermen under ground when they were caught carrying out terrorist attacks nationwide killing Police officers. Then due process is good enough for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. If we do not stand for another person right to due process even though we might not agree with them or like them. if we do not stand up for them No one will stand up for us.
